Unable to log in.
orders are duplicate, they show diffrenlty in app and web interface. I get confusing mails from amazon. I can not connect to CHAT ( says: not currently available)
Cannot login or out of my Amazon Account.
When using Customer Service, window freezes and the screen goes haywire into a collage of several images plus black rectangles that follow the cursor until the screen is covered. Cannot open to other windows unless shutting down with power button. Only happens in CS.
