Why won’t frontier tell us what is wrong with our internet connection today? This is the Bay Area and we have so many who WFH. How can they expect to run a business on such long outages? A member of our family used a constant glucose monitor and it’s not working. Slow service, aka cable, is better than no service, aka fiber.
